AI Dubbing Price in India: Plans Compared in Rupees

AI dubbing in India is sold three ways: monthly plans priced in rupees, monthly plans in dollars, and pay-per-minute credits. The cheapest-looking plan isn't always the cheapest per minute, so this guide lists each tool's own prices and works out what a dubbed minute costs on its entry plan.

How AI dubbing is priced

Before comparing numbers, check four things on any plan:

Billing model
A monthly plan gives a fixed allowance of minutes or credits that usually resets; pay-per-minute credits are bought when needed
Watermark and quality tiers
Some tools spend fewer credits per minute if you accept a watermark, or more if you use an advanced editor
Length limits
Plans often cap the length of a single video, which matters for lectures and films
Currency and payment
Rupee pricing with UPI avoids the foreign-exchange markup that Indian cards add to dollar charges; check whether GST is added at checkout

All figures below come from each vendor's own pricing and help pages, checked on 4–5 October 2026. Prices change; confirm on the vendor's site before you buy.

ElevenLabs

ElevenLabs shows rupee prices for India and accepts UPI, according to its pricing page and help centre. Monthly plans: Free ₹0, Starter ₹528, Creator ₹1,936 (₹968 for the first month), Pro ₹8,712, Scale ₹26,312 and Business ₹87,120; in dollars these are $0, $6, $22, $99, $299 and $990. Prices exclude tax.

Automatic dubs made on the Free plan carry a watermark; paid plans remove it. The pricing page lists automatic dubbing at 2,000 credits per minute with a watermark or 3,000 without, and the manual Dubbing Studio, which starts on Starter, at 5,000 or 10,000. On those figures Starter's 30,000 monthly credits come to about 10 minutes of watermark-free automatic dubbing, roughly ₹53 per minute. ElevenLabs' documentation adds that its default model, Dubbing v2, is priced per minute in US dollars, and its API price list shows v2 at $2.20 a minute against $0.33–$0.50 for the older v1, so the real cost depends on the model you choose. Strengths: well-known voice quality, a large voice library, text-to-speech, an editing studio and an API.

HeyGen

HeyGen lists prices in US dollars. Free covers 3 videos a month up to 1 minute each. Creator is $29 a month ($24 billed annually) with 600 credits and videos up to 30 minutes; Pro is $49 and adds 4K export and editing of the translation script; Business is $149 a month plus $20 per seat, with videos up to 60 minutes. HeyGen's plans cover many languages and dialects and include lip-sync and avatars. How many dubbed minutes the credits buy depends on the features used, so a per-minute figure isn't given here. Indian cards are charged in dollars, so your bank's exchange rate and markup apply.

Dubverse

Dubverse focuses on India and prices its plans in rupees. Pro costs ₹800 a month ($18) with 50 credits; dubbing spends 4 credits per minute, so that's about 12.5 dubbed minutes, roughly ₹64 per minute, for videos under 60 minutes without a watermark. Supreme costs ₹1,100 a month ($30) and adds voice cloning and videos up to 150 minutes. There is a 2-day free trial, and projects don't expire. Strengths: India focus, rupee billing, an editing studio and animated subtitles.

Rask AI and Kapwing

Rask AI's Creator plan is $39 a month for 25 minutes, about $1.56 per minute, after a free trial with 3 minutes; lip-sync starts on Creator Pro, and SRT files can be imported. Kapwing Pro is $16 per member per month on annual billing and includes up to 50 minutes of dubbing a month, about $0.32 per minute, inside a full online video editor; lip-sync and voice clones are on Business. Both are charged in dollars.

mydubly

mydubly has no plans: a translated voice costs 50 credits per minute, and $1 buys 1,000 credits, charged in rupees at ₹85. That is ₹4.25 per dubbed minute with a 2-minute minimum per file, and subtitles cost ₹0.085 per minute. Payment is via Cashfree with UPI, cards or netbanking. Paid top-ups are opening soon; for now, new accounts can use the 100 free credits from a Google sign-in. What mydubly leaves out: lip-sync, a script editor, avatars, URL import and Indian languages other than Hindi. What it includes: each speaker dubbed in a copy of their own voice, files up to 2 hours, the picture kept on your device, and no watermark.

Rask AI Creator
$39 a month; 25 minutes ($1.56 a minute)
Kapwing Pro

HeyGen Creator

Which pricing model suits you

Weekly YouTube channel, 10-minute videos

About 40 dubbed minutes a month: a plan sized to that volume, or 2,000 credits ($2.00, ₹170) a month in pay-per-minute credits, depending on which features you need.

Teacher dubbing one 90-minute lecture a term

Plans capped at 30 or 60 minutes per video don't fit; check the length limit before the price.

Agency needing lip-sync for ads

Lip-sync is only on some tools and usually on higher plans; mydubly doesn't offer it.

Occasional translation, a few clips a year

Pay-per-minute credits avoid paying for months you don't use.

  • Only the audio is sent for processing — the video stays on your device — and audio and text are deleted within 30 minutes of delivery (how files are protected).
  • You can download a translated video that keeps your music and effects, the translated audio as M4A, a transcript and subtitles (SRT and VTT). Every output, step and limit is explained on the AI dubbing page.
