Comparison

mydubly vs Rask AI: Video Dubbing Compared

Rask AI and mydubly both dub videos automatically in a copy of the speaker's voice. Rask sells monthly minute bundles and adds an editor, SRT import and lip-sync on higher plans; mydubly charges per minute and opens each finished dub in an editor where changed lines are re-voiced. Competitor figures come from their own pricing pages, checked on 7 October 2026. Prices and limits change, so check them again before you decide.

The price of 25 minutes

From the listed prices, Rask Creator works out to $39 for 25 minutes of dubbing in a month, about $1.56 a minute if you use the whole bundle. 25 minutes on mydubly cost 1,250 credits ($1.25), from credits that last 30 days. Top-ups are charged in Indian rupees at the day's exchange rate through Cashfree Payments (UPI, cards or netbanking), about ₹96 for 1,000 credits. Rask's price includes its editor and controls, which save time if you fix translations before voicing.

Editing before or after

With Rask you can adjust the script and voice in its editor and re-dub. mydubly dubs first and then opens the result in its dub editor: you correct a word, move a line, change one person's level or the background, and re-process once. Only lines whose words changed are voiced again, at the dubbing rate for those lines with a 25-credit minimum; mix and timing changes are free. It works on the dub mydubly made, so you can't bring in your own SRT or script to voice.

Stay with Rask if

  • You need lip-sync for close-up talking heads.
  • You want to write or import the script before anything is voiced, or import your own SRT.
  • You need a language outside mydubly's 19 voice languages.

mydubly fits if

  • You dub occasionally and don't want an unused monthly bundle.
  • Your videos are long, up to 2 hours, or have several speakers, up to 8, each kept in their own voice.
  • You want the picture to stay on your device; only the audio is sent.

Try it on one video

  1. Sign in with Google for 100 free credits.
  2. Dub a clip up to 2 minutes long that you've already dubbed in Rask, with "Full translation output" switched on.
  3. Compare voices, pacing and the translated transcript side by side, then fix one line in the editor to see what a correction costs.

Using the tool on this page

  • The spoken language is detected automatically across about 100 languages; you can pin it, or pick one of 21 languages to translate into. Files can be up to 2 hours long.
  • Only the audio is sent for processing — the video stays on your device. The finished dub opens in the dub editor, where you can correct words, timing, levels, background and subtitles and re-process only what changed. Its files are deleted 120 minutes after you last use the editor (how files are protected).
  • You can download a translated video that keeps your music and effects, the translated audio as M4A, a transcript and subtitles (SRT and VTT). Every output, step and limit is explained on the AI dubbing page.
